All classes must be pre-booked via phone, email or by buying a class pass through our yoga booking system. You must complete a short health questionnaire and you will receive confirmation of your booking within 24hours.
Classes must be purchased in advance as either a six week course or ask for a drop-in/trial class.
If you are completely new to yoga, I suggest that you start with my step-by-step “Yoga Basics” class or “Beginners” class. These will give you a great foundation to move to “All Level” classes
What Is Yoga?
In practice, yoga is an applied science of the mind and body.
Practice and study of it help to bring about a natural balance of body and mind in which the state of health can manifest itself. Yoga itself does not create health; rather, it creates an internal environment that allows the individual to come to his own state of dynamic balance, or health.
Basically, yoga teaches that a healthy person is a harmoniously integrated unit of body, mind and spirit. As a result, yoga becomes a philosophy that offers instruction and insight into every aspect of life: the spiritual, the mental and the physical.
